WHY CAN'T I FIND MY SIZE IN THE DROPDOWN MENU?

On every product page we display the top three most common sizes in the size dropdown menu: 16mm, 17,5mm, 18,5mm. All other sizes can be entered in the shopping-cart.

  

HOW DO I ORDER A SPECIFIC SIZE IF IT IS NOT DISPLAYED IN THE DROPDOWN MENU?

If you want to order a specific size that is not displayed you can choose alternative "Enter custom size in cart" and enter your specific size in the textbox ENTER YOUR RING SIZE HERE ( in mm ) + OTHER REQUESTS in your shopping cart before the checkout.

Example:

If the exact size you want to order is 17,25mm. Choose "Enter custom size in cart" in the menu. Go to shopping cart and enter e.g. "Size 17,25mm" in the text box.

 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RESIZE A RING ?

– We do not resize Top Crystal Stockholm products !

What we do instead is that we produce a new product for a small additional fee.

Why? One important aspect of producing a top quality jewelry is to have the product produced without second hand alterations. Once you start to change the product it will loose it original quality and look. 

A reduction or augmentation of the size normally require the ring to be cut at the bottom and bent to fit the desired size. The changing of size can consequently result in deformation of the model and the prongs holding the stones, which futher affects the quality of the stonesetting increasing the risk of stones falling out.

DOES TOP CRYSTAL STOCKHOLM USE RECYCLED GOLD?

Yes. All material we use is recycled and come from our supplier Norsk Svensk Guld ( www.nsg.se ). NSG is one of the Nordic region's largest players in the refining of precious metals with over 25 years in the industry and is a reliable supplier.

DO YOU USE NATURAL GEMSTONES?

Yes, we only use only natural gemstones. We want to offer our clients products of high value and quality and to use natural gemstones is fundamental for our jewelry.  

DO I GET A CERTIFICATE WHEN I BUY A JEWELRY FROM YOU?

As the industry standard we provide our clients with certificates from the Gemological Institute of America ( www.gia.edu ) for all of our diamonds of the size 0.30 carat and up.

We do not provide certificates for other gemstones than diamonds. 

CAN I USE MY OWN GEMSTONES AND GOLD?

Yes, it's possible to create a jewelery with your own gemstones. Important to note: Because the gemstone is not purchased through our company we cannot answer for the quality of the stone and if it brakes during or after production. Before we start we will need to make an observation of the diamond to see the condition of it and to make sure we can work with it. 

A certificate of the stone is a big help in the production process if it is available.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER YOUR PRODUCTS IN OTHER MATERIAL?

Yes, of course it is possible! All of our products are possible to custom order in red gold, white gold, rosé gold, platinum or silver.

WHAT GOLD PURITY DO YOU USE?

Our gold standard is 18k for all of our jewelry. But we also have the possibility to work with 14k gold standard if requested. Contact us for more information. 

DO YOU PURCHASE GOLD FROM CUSTOMERS?

No. Unfortunately we do not purchase or melt down gold from customers. But we can redirect to other safe places where you can do it e.g. Guldbrev ( www.guldbrev.se ). 

CAN I GIVE YOU MY OWN DESIGN TO CREATE A JEWELRY?

Yes. You can send us your own drawings or pictures of a similiar jewelry for our design team to create an image draft of the custom jewelry we will create for you. 

The price for the draft image process is 500kr + tax. This amount will further be deducted from the final price as part of the process.
