Is it possible to return a product bought from Top Crystal Stockholm?
Due to the customised work of craftmansship for all of our products we do have limited refund policy. To avoid any incorrect purchases we do offer personal guidance at our studio or via email.
By contacting us within the 24 hours after placing the order we will be able to offer you a full refund and cancel your order. This holds for all orders placed online or via email.
After this 24 hour-mark, we will no longer be able to cancel, exchange or return your order.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The jewelry I received doesn't match my expectations. What can I do?
Our primary task as a manufacturer and a company is your satisfaction with the products purchased from us. And we do our utmost to ensure that all of the products from Top Crystal Stockholm is of the highest quality. We therefore provide a guarantee against manufacturing and material defects of one year.
The guarantee applies provided that the jewelery has been cared for and used in accordance with our instructions (see care instructions) and that the certificate has been completed and signed by us or an authorized dealer.
Should the unfortunate occur that you are not satisfied or the product does not match the criteria we promise to do our best to rectify it. Please do not hesitate to contact us immediately upon receiving your jewelry.
Damages and issues
The products are quality controlled before the shipment. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
