At the moment we only deliver products within Sweden. Contact us for more information about custom delieveries within EU or worldwide.
When purchasing your products on our website you can choose to pay by VISA / Mastercard / Paypal or invoice. The invoice is administrated and handed over to Klarna AB.

Is it possible to return a product?
Due to the customised work of craftmansship for all of our products we do have limited refund policy. To avoid any incorrect purchases we do offer personal guidance at our studio or via email.
By contacting us within the 48 hours after placing the order we will be able to offer you a full refund and cancel your order. This holds for all orders placed online or via email.
After this 48 hour-mark, we will no longer be able to cancel, exchange or return your order.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The jewelry I received doesn't match my expectations. What can I do?
Our primary task as a manufacturer and a company is your satisfaction with the products purchased from us. And we do our utmost to ensure that all of the products from Top Crystal Stockholm is of the highest quality. We therefore provide a guarantee against manufacturing and material defects of one year.
The guarantee applies provided that the jewelry has been cared for and used in accordance with our instructions (see care instructions) and that the certificate has been completed and signed by us or an authorized dealer.
Should the unfortunate occur that you are not satisfied or the product does not match the criteria we promise to do our best to rectify it. Please do not hesitate to contact us immediately upon receiving your jewelry.
Damages and issues
The products are quality controlled before the shipment. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Our goal at Top Crystal Stockholm is to manufacture and send the product as soon as possible. Bear in mind that our products are only manufactured when we have received your order. Depending on the complexity, the number of orders waiting in the studio and the time to order the material needed to manufacture your products, the delivery time can vary up to 2 - 8 weeks.
What shipping methods do you use?
All our shipments are sent with traceable shipments by PostNord, Airmee, DHL, Budbee or Bring within Sweden and outside Sweden with DHL delivery.
To avoid delays and to be able to pick up / receive your package, it is important that you fill in your contact information correctly.
Do you ship worldwide?
No, we only deliver to addresses in Sweden at the moment. For purchases outside of Sweden, please contact us for custom options.
How long is the shipping time?
Our normal delivery time for purchases in Sweden is 7-10 working days if the material for the product is available or else up to 6-8 weeks.
Is it possible to pick up the product in the studio at Karlavägen 8?
Yes. You can pick up your shipment in our studio / concept store.
Do you have home delivery?
For personal home delivery in Sweden, please contact us.
Do you have express production / delivery?
If you are short on time please contact us to see possible options to speed up the production and the delivery.
Is my jewelry insured during shipping?
Yes. All our parcels are fully insured until you have the jewelry delivered to you. This means that, in the unlikely event of the parcel getting lost during shipping, we will take full responsibility to replace your order.
